Es el segundo álbum del cantante Meat Loaf. La grabacion comenzo en 1976 en Bearsville, cerca de Woodstock, New York. Roy Bittan y Max Weinberg (Pianista y bateria de la E street Band) participaron en el álbum, La portada fue ilustrada por Richard Corben.
